Animals Don't Read Nutrition Books
Well, mine don't anyway. And as far as I know most out in the wild don't either. Most animals in the wild know what and when to eat for basic survival. So whats wrong with us? We have hundreds of nutrition books and diets at our finger tips and yet we are still overweight and confused.
Part of the problem is our busy, stressed out, "insta" lifestyle has left us clueless as to what our bodies really need. The body and the brain are exhausted and disconnected. In addition to this, food has become our emotional punching bag. Not a good mix. We need to get back to intuitive eating...a post modern approach to weight loss.
