I am here to help you break free from these endless dysfunctional dieting patterns. I use stress management, correct exercise practices, and personalized nutrition to help you get control of your life. My program is customized based on your age, constitution, size, lifestyle, and health history. I provide holistic coaching for the whole person: mind and body.

Meet The Health Honey

Trish is a mother of four kids, all over the age of 18. She is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and has spent her career creating and running successful healthy living businesses. This on-the-go lifestyle challenged her to find new, fresh, and easy ways to stay healthy and fit. Now, she has turned all of her best ideas into a fully supportive coaching program. Trish has done the work, and she will help you cut through the mixed messages about dieting (Paleo, Mediterranean, Vegan.. What works for your body?), exercise, meal planning, and adopting a fit mindset. She'll teach you about gut health (oh so important!), detoxification, how to look younger and reverse aging, how to improve your relationships, and much more. Most importantly, Trish makes it simple to follow. All you have to do is follow through.
